This time the heat pack fell into the fish bags and got wet so the fish came in cold brrr ,so I took more time in the temp acclimation dept. ph was good at about 6.6 all my tanks are 6.8 so hardly a worry. I asked for pairs so thank you 3 girls and 3. Boys , small sized but they grow fast.. started eating within the hour in my holding tank. So I think it's a winner good job fellas. PS next time tape the heat pack to the top styrofoam cover worked for me back in the day.

Order shipped on 2/6 and arrived 2/8. I was a little worried about the colder temps in my area but AquaHuna packed a heat pack so no worries on that department. All 6 arrived in really good condition. I followed the acclimation steps on their handout and 5 out of the 6 handled the stress of everything very well. There was one lone Kribensis that was a bit touch and go but ended up pulling through. All are in great shape now and their personalities are starting to come out in the quarantine tank. After the 2 day mark their colors really started to show and I was able to sex each of them and the male to female ratio is just right.

This was my first order from AquaHuna and I am very satisfied on both their shipping procedures and quality of fish. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I had my doubts about ordering during the winter. Did my best to anticipate some 'warmer' temps but Murphy's Law applies. Temps for the last few nights have been single digits (F). Fish well packed (double bagged) with heat pad in an insulated box, arrived in 3 days clear across the country and they are very 'happy and in excellent condition'. Any loss after this point will be on me.
