SteelSeries launches Wrath of the Lich King Zboard keyset

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King fans can now get custom artwork …

I've been a gamer for a long time and on more than one occasion, I wished there could be completely custom keyboard layouts for the different types of games I play. The Zboard from SteelSeries is one of the products that does just that and today a new custom version for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King has launched.

Those not familiar with the Zboard may find it interesting. The Zboard is a keyboard base with built-in USB ports that accepts different keysets. A default keyset allows the user to do normal work with the typical QWERTY layout and a full number pad. However, when gaming time comes the default keyset can be changed for keysets that offer game title specific key arrangements along with cool artwork.

There are many different keysets available for the Zboard and the latest is the custom WoW: Wrath of the Lich King version. Gamers can get the limited edition keyset in two ways. The keyset alone for users who already own the Zboard base is $19.99. Gamers needing the whole enchilada can get a bundle with the Zboard base, standard keyset and WoW keyset for $69.99.

If a new Lich King gaming keyboard isn't enough to show your geeky fandom for WoW and its latest expansion pack, SteelSeries has also announced mouse pads that have Lich King artwork plastered on them. Some of you might scoff at these products, but the WoW fiends out there are probably reaching for their wallets already.
