About
I am an MSW student focused on breaking down systemic barriers to mental health care. I work through an anti-oppressive, harm-reduction lens, providing accessible and culturally safe care for all. Working with society's most vulnerable populations has increased my awareness of the injustices many communities face. I have lived experience with mental health and counselling and have seen firsthand how support and adequate resources can truly benefit those struggling. My goal as a social worker is to increase access to mental health care for all individuals regardless of their life circumstances.
