Pooh & Tigger Meet and Greet Returns to Magic Kingdom

Winnie the Pooh and Tigger have finally returned to their home in the Hundred Acre Woods in Magic Kingdom to greet guests! This has been one character meet and greet that has been long awaited by many fans of the Disney classic and everyone is so excited to meet them for hugs and autographs once again.

Winnie the Pooh and Tigger are greeting guests together at the story book right next to “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh” attraction in Fantasyland.

When we went to visit that silly old bear we noticed that the times were not listed on the sign at the front of the meet and greet location. Luckily we used the app to find out exactly what times we could expect to see these beloved characters. The timing was not exact. The app said that Pooh and Tigger would come out at 10:45am but it was actually 11:00am. Not a huge difference, but the queue is mostly in the sun until the characters arrive and guests are let back into the shaded area so it does get hot while waiting.

Regardless of the heat, we recommend that you get to this queue early. We arrived in line 30 minutes before the expected time and were behind five other families. By 11:15am the line was over a 40 minute wait according to Cast Members. As we said, the demand for these two characters to return has been unbelievably high, so it makes sense that guests would be bouncing at the possibility of meeting them for a traditional character meet and greet. Besides, the wait is always worth it when you can see a favorite character in the parks.
