If you draw a straight horizontal line through the middle of your eye
Measure the gap between your eyes to determine if they are wide or close-set.
Measure the length of your eye with your index or thumb finger.

Check the depth of your eyes to see if they're deep set or prominent.
Prominent eyes will usually have the eyes protrude out the eye socket. Deep socket will appear to have eyes that feel like they are "tucked in" to the eye socket
Last check to see if any special cases for your eyes around the crease.
Monolid eyes have little to no eye crease. Hooded eyes have a crease that is hidden by the skin of the brow bone.
