Dance

Learning to dance not only makes you look good at weddings. It gives you a full-body workout and the outlet for creative expression you never knew you needed. The Y’s dance programs provide quality instruction in a low-pressure environment so you can find your groove.

At the Y dancing is both a physical and a social exercise, with tangible benefits for the mind, body, and spirit.

Here you can learn to dance for your wedding, class reunion, or any other occasion that calls for it. Or you can dance for the health benefits it brings. Things like a stronger core, better balance, and greater flexibility.

The Keene Family YMCA offers dance classes in monthly sessions through the fall, winter and spring, and beginners are always welcome.

There are many reasons to learn how to dance. Come and experience the joy of it with us!
