I consider these "five stars" because you're getting more eggs per dollar than the other brands I've seen (potentially dozens of hatching cycles), and they're still hatching well after several months.
I originally bought these for salamander food, but then my salamanders escaped. Since then, I've just been hatching and growing them for fun, occasionally feeding some to my guppies (who love devouring them). The transparent little critters are pretty interesting to look at, especially once they're fully grown (roughly an inch long).
Since I don't recall this including any instructions, here's how to hatch them. Take dechlorinated tap water, add a tiny sprinkle of eggs, and put the container near a window in your home. Wait a couple of days for them to hatch. That's it. Do NOT put food in the water until they are already hatched. When I put what I considered to be a small amount of chlorella powder in the water with them, the hatch rate was ZERO. Starting them in water from my aquarium, which contains algae, lowers the hatch rate, but not disastrously.
Once hatched, they become extremely low maintenance, especially of water quality; I left some in a bucket of aquarium water in my backyard while I was on vacation for a few weeks, and they grew to maximum size. Chlorella powder is reportedly their ideal food, but I have found it tricky to use because it quickly rots if you add more than they can eat. In my opinion, it's far easier to give them water that contains live algae (from an aquarium or outdoors) and just leave the tank alone. A bubbler seems beneficial but isn't necessary.
