Beautiful and bright apartment between Villa Olímpica and Poblenou, next to the beach. The apartment is in a very quiet street, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Bogatell and 10 minutes from the Olympic Port. Well connected, next to the Bogatell metro stop (yellow line) and the bus that takes you downtown. The building is from the beginning of the 20th century. With elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated respecting the wooden beams of ceilings and the bricks in the walls. It is comfortable, clean and cozy. It has air conditioning and heating. It has a large and bright dining kitchen. The kitchen is completely equipped. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Wifi 24 ADSL.
Right by the beach and Villa Olimpica, a modern and striking area of Barcelona, within easy access to Old Town Barcelona. The flat is close to the beach (3 min walk) and yet within reasonable walking distance (30 mins) the Old Town Barcelona El Borne, Gothic Quarters and the famous Las Ramblas. During the games of '92, the Villa Olimpica had to accommodate thousands of athletes and spectators, architects from all over the world were called in and designed modern and stylish buildings. Some of the main features are the towers at 142 meters high, the Arts Hotel in the Villa Olímpica is surrounded by a steel frame. Close by this lovely apartment you will find the Villa's shopping centre with restaurants and cinema. Poblenou preserves its buildings of yesteryear, and a bohemian atmosphere just steps from the beach. You can spend a whole day on the terraces of the Rambla Poblenou enjoying the life of the neighborhood. Along the beach a fantastic promenade with varied beach bars where you can spend a relaxing day at the beach in the hammock.
