Allie Styers started dancing when she was just three years old. “I remember that I was always moving around and someone that my mom went to the Y with recommended to start me in tumbling,” Styers said. “I loved it and then my tumbling instructor recommended for me to dance.”

Dancers of all ages are transforming the stage into a modern-day fairy tale for the “Once Upon a Time” Pickaway County Family YMCA Dance and Art Studio Spring Recital. After leaping and twirling across the stage for the audience, one dancer will take her final bow after 15 years on the Pickaway County stage.
