The incredible video shows a frogfish moving along the sea bed in the water of Lembeh in Sulawesi, Indonesia.
The frogfish, described as a 'fish with legs, was filmed by Atsushi Sadai, 59, a business design consultant based in Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Mr Sadai caught the determined little fish on camera as it made its way across the sea floor on what appears to be its feet.
Frogfish are a type of anglerfish that can be found around the world.
The fish do not have scales, and instead have a textured exterior that helps them to camouflage and hide from predators.
Frogfish vary in colour and often have unique spines or bumps that change with their surroundings.
With a mouth that can expand to 12 times its resting size, frogfish can catch a range of prey, including other fish and crustaceans.

Over the past 20 years Mr Sadai has been on over 1,000 dives in locations around the world.

He said: 'Even though frogfish are rare I have seen them before, but I have never seen them walk in this way.
'I was amazed at the night diving in Lembeh, it's a rich ocean full of different things to see.'
