The keyboard includes one gaming keyset and one standard keyset with an Internet explorer feature set. This keyboard system from Zboard is the first one ever made especially for PC gamers. It succeeds as a gaming keybpard because it lets the player control the game effectively and navigate through the action f game-play with no barriers to lightning fast playing speed. The Zboard comes with two keysets, which is handy for gamers because cerain keys are used to control games, and the second set of keysets makes it easy to use this as a regular QWERTY keyboard when you are not gaming. Also, if a game you want to play requires a custom keyset, other keysets are offered, so you can always enjoy easily controlling the games you like best. The Zboard ZBD-101 is designed to automatically recognize any keyset you choose, and you do not have to install any extra software or know a lot of programming details because the Zboard takes care of it all for you. When you want to switch to a different game, just switch toa different keyset and start playing your new game. The forst of the standard features that come with this Zboard gaming keyboard are a pair of bus-powered USB connectors. These are handy when you want to plug in low-voltage devices, like a joystick, a computer mouse, or a memory stick to store your data. Plugging USB connected devices into your Zboard keyboard instead of your computer's hard drive can be handy because it is right beside your hands In addition to the two USB ports, the Zboard ZBD-101 has nine hot keys you can use to perform common computing tasks, like opening your email account, bringing up the calculator, entering the My Computer section of your PC, or selecting a preset file, program, or website. The Zboard has seven multimedia buttons that are used to control entertainment modes like videos and music. Finally, the base Zboard also contains a total of six LEDs, the caps lock, the scroll scroll , the number lock, the pad lock, the enable lock, and the bar lock. The Zboard ZBD-101 is ideally suited for first person shooter and third person shooter games as well as action games. The most common key configurations are labeled on the keyboard so you do not have to search for them when you are in the heat of action during game play. Plus, the action keys you use the most often are domed to create a more responsive feel, and a control zone is added to make it easy to achieve the most common keystrokes with one hand, which is vital in some games. Mod files that cover more than 70 of today's hottest games, and a slew of features are preloaded in this Zboard. The keyboard is ergonomically crafted with a butterfly design that enhances your accuracy and keeps your hands comfortable. In addition to all the customized keysets, the Zboard ZBD-101 comes with a wrist rest, rounding out the perfect gaming keyboard.
