Snail babies were VERY well packaged and they are active and appear very healthy!! I even received an extra snail baby! A few don't have horns but that could just be they haven't developed them yet - hoping they do so the betta doesn't bop them off the glass! LOL

If I could change my feedback I would, because I received these babies who APPEARED healthy but within a week, in perfect water conditions that were verified by 3 outside sources, ALL of the 13 snail babies are dead with zero apparent cause. Seems suspect to put it mildly.

WOW, just WOW. I ordered my fish on 2/14. They arrived today, 2/16. They are happy, healthy, and already drip acclimating (photo). Great correspondence and customer service.
My only regret is that I didn't buy here first. Had an online store where all were DOA and then had another ebayer who cancelled my order after a week with no direct correspondence.
Moving forward, I will check out Aquascaping Canvas first! I can't wait for these little guys to join my other 4 galaxy rasboras!
