After your purchase, you will immediately receive a link to download your prints. You can also access your file from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile under the "Your Account" drop-down menu. Next to your order select "Download Files". Try using the following link, www.etsy.com/your/purchases

There are no limits to how many times you can download a file. If the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed, you can always access the files on your Purchases page. Please allow a few minutes for your purchase to finish processing before you attempt to download.

If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order.

Try clearing your cookies and disabling any browser add-ons. If you still cannot access the files for some reason, no problem! Contact me for help. I am always happy to email your files to you instead.

You can print your files at home or at any printing service such as Staples, Costco, Office Depot, etc. Transfer your files to a flash drive to take with you or upload them to the printer’s website. There are also many online printing services where you can upload the file, choose paper, canvas, or other surface, and have the physical print shipped to your door.

Card stock or heavyweight matte paper is the perfect choice to stay budget-friendly. Premium archival fine art paper, canvas, and acrylic are also wonderful options for your new art.

Tattoo designs can be taken to your tattoo artist for use as a real tattoo, or printed with an inkjet printer on tattoo paper (available at most hobby stores) and used as a temporary tattoo.

Orders can only be canceled within one hour of placing the order. At this time we only ship to US addresses.

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, due to either production on transit. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damage which can be shared with either Finer Works or the shipping service.

My digital prints are gallery-quality images of my fine art paintings. Most of my paintings have been published in books and magazines internationally. Prints on canvas and originals are available starting at around $150 for prints and around $5000 for originals. My digital prints offer the same images, but you choose how it is printed and framed so you control your cost. You purchase the most important part, the image, direct from the artist for the most affordable fine art buying option.
