Original Nothing Records USA pressing from 1998INT2-90273-1 & INT2-90273-2
Out of print.I have had this for many years and listened to it only a few times.Some wear & tear from handling/storage, slight warping. I played it all through 1 last time.I did notice a skip during Speed of Pain that could be pressing issue or just need good cleaning? It continues on fine.
Surface of all sides looks pretty good and no other skips observed during play through.
Small black marks on white vinyl, may clean up with good cleaning. See pics.I am not a vinyl expert by any means, I just did a quick removal of dust only.Maybe a good cleaning will help with the minor issues.
This is the 2 record version with white & blue translucent LPs.The album contains hidden messages on the inserts that are viewable by placing the blue vinyl record over the message.The running order is unique to this format, reflecting the division of the tracks into distinct albums:'Mechanical Animals' by Marilyn Manson, and 'Omega and the Mechanical Animals',
which is presented as a production by Manson's alter ego Omega, who appears on the sleeve of the second LP.
