How does it work?

We’ve streamlined the process so it’s easy and secure for you to put an order online. This is what you need to do:

1. Choose your type of tree:
   You can choose from Nordmann Fir, Norway Spruce, and Fraser Fir.

2. Pick the height of the Tree, size of stand, as well as quantity of trees.

3. Click the ADD FOR DELIVERY button.

4. Complete your order by putting your email address, delivery address, extra delivery details, and your preferred delivery date*

5. Additional Information that you have read the terms and conditions.

6. Pay through Paypal

7. Then Sit back and relax!
   That’s it! You can enjoy the build-up to Christmas knowing you are sorted and your tree will be delivered on your preferred date or as close to it as possible. If you have any questions or order changes, just get in touch.

With the Delivery service you cannot choose your tree.

Buying a Christmas tree online might seem a bit of nerve-wracking experience. Everyone wants to see first the tree they are going to bring home. After all, what if you are provided a tree that is not that pretty or fresh or the right size? At Sheepway Christmas Trees we understand those concerns and we have worked hard to give our customers a service that is the best out there. Here are three main reasons why you should feel safe and happy to order your tree from us online.

First, you have the security of our guarantee for a premium quality tree. You will be buying a tree from a grower with over 20 years experience. All of our trees are grown on the farm and they are all beautifully shaped, fresh and lush.

Secondly, we give you a guarantee for a freshly cut tree. The tree will only be cut once your order comes through.

At Secret Valley, we have 2 different types of stands…

• Cinco 7

• Cinco 10

What is the difference between the two stands?

A Cinco 7 stand has been designed for Christmas trees that range up to 7ft high. On the other hand, the Cinco 10 has been designed for Christmas trees up to 10ft.

Our delivery partner will deliver trees

• They will have your name tagged to the tree.

• The tree will be netted and ready to go.

Please select a Prefered delivery date when you place your order. Please note this is NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE. We will do our best to get it there on that date but we cannot guarantee it, we usually get it on the day or one day on either side. However please allow up to 3 working days on either side of your preferred date. If you select a date within a few days of your order please allow up to 5 working days for your tree to arrive. During peak times delivery could be longer if ordered at late notice but this is very rare.

Due to how extremely busy we are at the weekends at our store we cannot collect your tree from the store on a weekend so if you order your tree on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and select a delivery date for the next few days, you will be unlikely to receive your tree on the weekend and the delivery lead time starts on the Monday to keep your tree as fross as possible. We do however still deliver 7 days a week so you may still receive a delivery on a weekend.

A Real Christmas Tree

Please remember that real Christmas trees are a natural product and, unlike artificial trees, a real tree will not necessarily have a uniform shape and will have its own individual characteristics.

• Returns
  The tree you get is only cut once the order is put through and cannot be returned unless there has been a mistake on our end and the wrong tree is sent out or there is significant damage to the tree that makes it unfit for purpose. 

• Height & size
  You have chosen a specific height and size when putting your order through and we will cut it in accordance with those specifications. However, there is a chance that the tree might be a few inches taller or shorter. If you feel the tree is not the height you ordered, please take a look at your order first to make sure you haven’t ordered the wrong size or make an accurate measure from the base of the stump to the tip of the tree before getting in touch with us. We may ask for photos to indicate the height so that we can resolve it quickly.

  Refunds
  We do not offer refunds unless we see evidence for an error on our end or damages.

• Please remember that your tree is a living thing and no two trees are the same.

• If there is a genuine issue with the tree itself, we will look to resolve it in the appropriate way (refund or replacement), but as a tree is a perishable and bulky item, it cannot be returned to us. As a returned tree would have to be disposed of anyway, it’s neither logistically practical nor environmentally sensible to return it, so we recommend local disposal options.

We grow over 180,000 trees, so we will never run out.

• Remember, trees are very similar to cut flowers and need to be looked after, kept away from heat and watered regularly.

• When looked after correctly you will have a beautiful Christmas Tree throughout the whole Festive period.

• We advise you to use a good water holding stand to put the tree in.

• After you have received delivery of your tree, it should be kept outside in its net in a cool, shaded, wind-sheltered place, preferably standing in water, until it is needed indoors.

• Before we dispatch your tree we will cut off half an inch from the base in order to open up the pores of the tree. Once indoors mount it in a water-holding stand, remove the net and place it away from direct heat.

• Please note that as the tree has been in a net, it will take a few hours for the branches to drop back down to their natural shape. This is normal but you can still get on and decorate – this will speed up the process!

• Keep the stand topped up with water every day; you will be surprised how much it needs….
