Tom Brady's son Jack looks like a carbon copy of his dad

A throwback of photo of Tom Brady and his son Jack. Jack is now 12 years old and is looking more and more like his dad.

The New England Patriots quarterback and dad of three posted a photo to Instagram Thursday to honor Jack, whose mother is actress Bridget Moynahan, on his 12th birthday.

"2 years ago, you blessed our lives with your love and light! I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful soul than you! Happy Birthday Jackie! Your family loves you sssooooooo much!" Brady wrote.

Sweet, yes. But the thing that we – and commenters – can't get past is just how much Jack looks like his dad.

Seriously twins.

"Why he look like he 42 and playing in the nfl," one commented.

Others agreed.

"I thought it was an old photo of you" wrote a fan.

"Literally your twin," said another.

This photo of Tom Brady looks a lot like the photo Brady shared of his son Jack, who just turned 12 years old.

'Jack is just like me'

Brady recently opened up to Men's Health about his relationship with his sons. He said while Jack is a huge sports fan, he was having a tough time accepting that his 9-year-old son Benjamin, who he shares with model Gisele Bündchen, isn't so keen on them.

He also has a 7-year-old daughter Vivian with Bündchen.

“Jack is just like me – he holds a lot in," Brady said. "Benny lets it all out. Vivi, she doesn’t care. They’re going to be their own selves, not who you want them to be... Jack loves sports. He wants to try hard, and he never wants to disappoint his dad. That was me. I’d wake up early on weekends to do stuff with my dad. That’s why I didn’t party a lot. If Dad wanted to golf, I wanted to be there with him. And if I ever missed those things, it would crush me."

Brady figured Benjamin would be the same, but he's not. Wife Bündchen made him realize that is OK.

"The reality is that Benny just likes different things. And it’s great because now I just have to go do what he wants to do. When we do that, we have the best time. He’s like, ‘OMG, Dad, you’re so funny.’ He loves joking, and I joke back.”

One thing Benjamin is into is Dwayne Johnson, he told the publication. "The Rock" commented on Brady's birthday message to Jack.

"Happy Birthday big man!!" The Rock wrote.

Hopefully, Benjamin will get some love on his birthday too. But until then, we hope miniature Tom Brady has the happiest day!
