It is a fascinating wine and multi-layered with a rough texture on the palate. The skin contact has influenced the wine with bitterness, especially in the aftertaste. If one has a familiarity with that kind of wine, they will love it. Otherwise, approach it with an open mind and prepare yourself to taste something out of the box. 

Appearance: The colour is deep amber with some honey hues.

Nose: It is hard to find a similar aromatic expression on another wine: many medicinal aromas, rose, violet, peach and milk cream.

Palate: It is dry with a slight frizzante feeling. Again many medicinal notes creating a solid flavour. The balance is quite good with almost high acidity and medium body, and some tannins as well.

Drink or Hold: It is far away from its best, yet do not hesitate to drink a bottle from time to time. 

Food Pairing: Certainly, it is a wine that needs food. Put together whatever you think has a strong taste, and be sure that that wine will not disappoint you.
