Established with the key objective of providing school scholarships to disadvantaged students in Zahle. The Zahle Heritage Foundation (ZHF) is a Lebanese based non-profit organization with its headquarter in Zahle city. Our vision is to contribute to the well-being of society by helping children get a proper education in order to allow them reach higher education and consequently offer them the possibility to get high quality jobs, enabling responsible economic growth, connecting communities and safeguarding the natural environment, aiming to contribute in the well being of Zahle .

The foundation endeavors to enhance the well-being and dignity of economically and socially vulnerable people in Zahle.
We believe that every child has the right the learn and that all children have the right to go to school and learn, regardless of who they are, where they live or how much money their family has. With the economic prevailing situation in Lebanon and particularly in Zahle, education is endangered and consequently the whole society is suffering.
According to the World Bank (June 1, 2021), Lebanon is enduring a severe and prolonged economic depression.
The economic and financial crisis is likely to rank in the top 10, possibly top 3, most severe crises episodes globally since the mid-nineteenth century. In the face of colossal challenges, continuous policy inaction and the absence of a fully functioning executive authority threaten already dire socio-economic conditions and a fragile social peace with no clear turning point in the horizon.
Zahle Heritage Foundation was established during those difficult moments in order to contribute in easing the consequences of this terrible crisis on vulnerable children in Zahle. Our main concern is to help providing school scholarships to disadvantaged students in Zahle. Priority will be given to children under financial stress and experiencing family instability.
