Party Harty Michelle!

Today we will have GAME DAY to celebrate your birthday, Michelle. On each table will be a board game and folks can move around to the game they wish to play.
A few of the games that will be available are The Game of Life, Clue, Candy Land, Sorry, Chinese Checkers, Connect Four, Operation, Yahtzee, Uno, Pictionary and Dominoes.

For those wishing to be creative, we have provided poster board and all sorts of crafting materials for people to design their OWN board games. There will also be boxes of game pieces from all sorts of old games and your guests will be invited to created mobiles from them to hang up as decorations.

Of course, there must be music! A band has been hired to play all of your old favorites and I have been told that they know every song imaginable from children’s songs to big band music and rock n roll. You may have to put on your “game face” as everyone serenades you with various versions of Happy Birthday.

Game night must have certain foods, so I brought along an old fashioned popcorn machine to provide an endless supply of hot buttered popcorn!
